How far in advance should I request per diem coverage?
As soon as you know your schedule is ideal, since it locks the date and gives you certainty. That said, we take same-day requests when the calendar allows, so a last-minute conflict does not automatically leave your matter uncovered. Call and we will tell you right away.
Do you charge different rates for different courts?
Yes. The rate reflects the appearance, so a Supreme Court motion and a District Court conference are not automatically priced the same. The court, the type of matter, and the time involved all factor in, which is why we quote per appearance rather than post a single flat number.
Are rates higher for last-minute requests?
We quote the rate up front, and if an urgent or same-day request carries anything additional, we tell you before you commit. You will never see a surprise charge after the appearance. The number we confirm is the number you pay.
Do you require payment up front?
